Assistant Manager - Business Department
  • Coordinate and execute the sales and marketing strategies for the Company’s real estate projects in Hong Kong and Overseas
  • Maintain good relationship with property agencies and other related service providers to ensure smooth and effective logistic flow of sales operations
  • Work with marketing agencies for all branding activities of the Company as required
  • Manage the leasing activities and asset management for the Company’s investment properties
  • Conduct regular and ad-hoc market researches

  • Tertiary educated in Surveying or related disciplines
  • At least 5 years of property sales and marketing experience, experience in leasing is an absolute advantage
  • Strong communicator and good stakeholder management skills
  • Familiar with First-hand Sales Ordinance
  • Fluent Cantonese, Mandarin and English
