Sales and Leasing Administration Officer
Responsibilities
  • Provide full spectrum of secretarial and administration works and support to the team
  • Prepare and handle documents include but not limited to review leasing documents, offer letter, demanding letter and execute leases in accordance with our property standards and regulation
  • Provide support to the business team and relative internal and external parties
  • Responsible for sales and tenancy administration
  • Handle tenants' complaints and inquiries
  • Handle filing and data management etc.
  • Prepare monthly reports
  • Perform other ad-hoc task as required

Requirement
  • Bachelor's degree or above is preferred
  • Minimum of 6 years' work experience in administrative fields
  • Previous experience in Property Leasing is an advantage
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese
  • Self-motivation with great team spirit, manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint and MS Excel
  • Cheerful, friendly, positive, client/customer service-oriented personality
