SEA Group’s ("The Group") premium project, located strategically in Central London, has improved the property into a new eco-friendly Lloyds’ London headquarter, accommodating 5,000 employees.
With the increasing prevalence of shared and social workspaces and the installation of state-of-the-art technology and facilities, the new workspace fosters connection, collaboration and innovation among staff and customers. The gas-free technology will reduce the building’s annual CO2 emissions by 428 tonnes, supporting Lloyds’ net zero target. End-of-trip provisions, such as cycle storage, electric vehicle charging points, and electric bike charging facilities, are fitted to encourage greener commuting, supporting Lloyds’ commitment to keeping commuting emissions below 50% of pre-COVID levels.
The Group's commitment in achieving its net zero goal aligns closely with that of Lloyds which has been recognized with the 2024 UK Green Business Award for Net Zero Strategy of the Year as “Highly Commended” for its environmental sustainability strategy. The project has also been shortlisted as a finalist for the 2025 UK Green Business Award in the Green Building Project of the Year category.
