Senior Company Secretarial Officer


  • Provide full spectrum of company secretarial duties for both listed and private companies;
  • Assisting in preparation of annual/interim reports, SFO reporting, announcements and circulars;
  • Assisting in organizing board meetings, board committee meetings and general meetings and preparing related documentation;
  • Assist in compliance tasks relating to the Listing Rules and other applicable laws and regulations;
  • Providing day-to-day corporate secretarial support and handling ad-hoc tasks and other duties as assigned.



  • Degree Holder with HKCGI associate membership;
  • 6 to 8 years of relevant experience, of which 4 years’ experience gained from Hong Kong listed companies;
  • Solid knowledge in Companies Ordinance, Listing Rules, SFO reporting requirements and other compliance regulations;
  • Practical experience in dealing with PRC company secretarial matters;
  • Self-motivated, initiative, hardworking, meticulous, able to work both independently and as a team player, with strong communication skill, and able to meet deadline under pressure;
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, including Mandarin;
  • Familiar with CSA software, proficient in Microsoft applications, such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
