近日發現有人士自稱為本集團公司Asian Growth Properties Limited 「AGP」。

本集團現特此聲明澄清，本集團在百慕達註冊之前上市子公司AGP已於二零一八年自願清盤並不再存在。具體已刊載於二零一七年十一月十三日致AGP股東之公函內，請公眾人士謹慎，如有任何疑問，請直接聯絡本公司。

Group Statement

Recently, it has come to our attention that certain parties have been claiming to be part of our group company, Asian Growth Properties Limited ("AGP").

We hereby clarify that AGP, a former Bermuda registered listed subsidiary of our group, completed its voluntary winding-up in 2018 and no longer exists. Detail of the matter has been published in AGP circular to shareholders dated 13th November 2017. We urge the public to exercise caution and, should there be any inquiries, to contact our company directly.
