近日发现有人士自称为本集团公司Asian Growth Properties Limited 「AGP」。

本集团现特此声明澄清，本集团在百慕达注册之前上市子公司AGP已于二零一八年自愿清盘并不再存在。具体已刊载于二零一七年十一月十三日致AGP股东之公函内，请公众人士谨慎，如有任何疑问，请直接联络本公司。

Group Statement

Recently, it has come to our attention that certain parties have been claiming to be part of our group company, Asian Growth Properties Limited ("AGP").

We hereby clarify that AGP, a former Bermuda registered listed subsidiary of our group, completed its voluntary winding-up in 2018 and no longer exists. Detail of the matter has been published in AGP circular to shareholders dated 13th November 2017. We urge the public to exercise caution and, should there be any inquiries, to contact our company directly.
